Baked Chicken and Rhubarb

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped rhubarb, 1/4″ pieces
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch

  • 3 lbs chicken breasts, thighs, or whole chicken
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
